  Great experience! My first time today here. I went to the day surgery unit on level 3. Nurses are amazing, funny, friendly and positive (Michelle, Enrik and the girl at reception I sadly cannot remember her name). The doctor also fantastic. The procedure was fast and I hardly had to wait for anything. Love it!

  Professor Warrier was very caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. The receptionist downstairs was excellent too.

  I've learned in the Oncology arena to not accept everything being offered on diagnosis and treatment. There are so many variables, and in many cases the consultant doctors really have no idea what they are dealing with. That's not a criticism of the Doctors are they are very caring and helpful, but the cancer industry.
  
  All that said, under those circumstances, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse is a state of the art hospital with many additional services on offer, such as meditation, massage, counselling and beauty care for women undergoing treatment.
  
  It's a hospital I would recommend to anyone undergoing treatment; unless of course alternative treatment is more your thing.
