I don't recommend Dan or his staff because he is not doing anything to correct their mistakes or to help me resolve this. Now I have to hire an attorney to look into this matter for me.

My tire blew out acrossed the street and for an auto store to not have a lug wrench is laughable. So they offered no help at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there! I would have given them a zero star but can't do that.

The oil cap wasn't tightened and oil was pouring out....saw black smoke pouring out my car in the review mirror! Immediately stopped and turned my car off. It's amazing my engine didn't blow. Accidents happen...but they tried to deny fault so I'd give zero stars if I could.

The people here not only work hard and have good energy, but they do a really good job at what they do and know what they are doing. I’ve been an Indian Trail native for twenty years and this is the only place I ever want to go to. Not to mention the super cute waiting room that’s always spotless cozy and has a tv and free coffee along with two very clean bathrooms!! Valvoline ain’t got nothin on them
