    Ordered for pickup online, no queue, no one in front, car park was half empty but still had to be parked for 25mins. Missing 2 drinks, the girl said she will be right back, 10mins still no drinks so I had to go in and get them myself. Got the meal home (4mins drive) it was stone cold.

    Went through the drive through and ordered a bacon duluxe meal. Had 2 cars in front of us and by the time the 2 cars in front of us left it was 25 minutes. Once we got to the window. They didn't even had our burger ready so they told us to go to the waiting bay. It was 35 minutes altogether just for a burger meal.

    6.8.22 went in to order and the place was filthy dirty. Rubbish and food on the floors. Tables were ALL dirty. The young boy that attempted to sweep was clearly lazy as he left the remaining rubbish on the floor because he couldn't be bothered bending down to pick all up. Customers were asking to have their tables wiped down and this boy left the other tables with empty cups and crumbs on them. He also walked past us while swinging his keys around his lazy finger. Food was sub par and they couldn't get my order right. Will never eat hungry jacks again ,hubby wanted it I wanted McDonald's ,next time we're going to McDonald's ,the burgers are better there and it's cleaner.

    Pre-ordered on app, had to wait 30 mins in drive thru overflow. Still got lukewarm chips.

    The buns were super soft and fresh
    Friendly young staff who allowed us to eat in while they cleaned up for closing
    Angry whopper is my favourite
    Not a fan of fast food, however, HJ is a go-to anyway
